Tiffany Taylor · The Renewed Mind
The beginning
I didn't start with a platform.
I started at $7.25 an hour.

Long before coaching, speaking or entrepreneurship, I was ambitious, curious and determined to understand what separates knowing from actually changing.

Long before coaching, speaking or entrepreneurship, I was working at Chick-fil-A making $7.25 an hour. I knew I wanted more, but I didn't have some perfectly mapped-out path for how I was going to get there.

What followed was years of learning how people think, communicate, sell, perform, change and lead. I built a career in high-ticket sales, worked with entrepreneurs and businesses, and eventually built my own coaching company to more than $300,000 in annual revenue.

From the outside, success looked increasingly obvious. But some of the most important lessons I learned had very little to do with making money.

Achievement can change your circumstances without changing you.

You can create success while still operating from fear. Build something impressive while still needing approval. Become incredibly disciplined while using achievement to prove your worth. Learn every performance strategy while carrying beliefs that quietly determine how far you'll allow yourself to go.

Eventually, I became much more interested in the person creating the results than the results themselves.

Success made me stop asking, "How do people achieve more?" and start asking, "What actually makes a person transform?"
The question that changed the direction of my work
The pursuit

I became obsessed with the psychology of transformation.

I wasn't interested in collecting information. I wanted to understand why intelligent, ambitious people could know exactly what was wrong and still repeat the same pattern.

01 Psychology
02 Human Behavior
03 NLP
04 Hypnosis
05 Communication
06 Performance
07 Identity
08 Subconscious Patterns

I accumulated 18 certifications across the areas I was studying and became a Master NLP Practitioner and Master Hypnotherapist.

But the credentials were never the point.

I wanted to understand transformation. What makes someone change quickly when they've struggled with something for years? Why does one person recover from rejection while another builds an identity around it? Why can someone consciously want success while repeatedly sabotaging the opportunities that could create it?

The deeper I studied, the more convinced I became: the problem we're fighting is often not the real problem. The visible behavior is the fruit. The belief underneath it is the root.

II.
The turning point

Then God changed the direction of my work.

My faith didn't begin as a branding strategy. Christianity wasn't something I added to an existing coaching methodology because "Christian coaching" sounded like a good niche.

My relationship with God changed how I understood the work itself.

As I read the Bible cover to cover and continued studying psychology and transformation, I kept recognizing concepts I knew from modern psychology expressed through biblical language and principles.

Strongholds. Renewing the mind. Taking thoughts captive. Identity. Belief. The heart. Fear. Faith. Forgiveness. The flesh. The Spirit. Fruit. Transformation.

Scripture wasn't giving me a collection of motivational quotes to attach to psychology.

It was giving me the worldview through which psychology needed to be evaluated.

What I believe

Psychology is a tool.
Scripture is the standard.

Useful tools can help us understand patterns. But tools are not God. Transformation should never turn the methodology into the Messiah.

I.

The visible problem is often the fruit, not the root.

Procrastination, perfectionism, fear, self-sabotage and imposter thoughts often point toward something deeper.

II.

Identity sits upstream from behavior.

What you consistently do makes far more sense when you understand who you believe you are.

III.

Awareness without application is incomplete.

Understanding your pattern matters. Living differently matters more.

IV.

Truth matters more than empowerment.

The goal isn't replacing a negative lie with a positive lie simply because the second one feels better.

V.

Faith and practical tools don't have to compete.

A psychological tool can remain a tool without ever becoming your theology.

VI.

God gets the glory.

NLP doesn't heal you. Hypnosis doesn't heal you. A coach doesn't heal you. Tools may support the process, but God remains the source.

III.
Surrender before strategy

I don't believe your goal is to create whatever life you want.

Much of modern personal development asks: "How do I become powerful enough to create the exact reality I want?"

That's not my framework.

The goal isn't "my will be done."
The goal is "Your will be done."

Maybe God is calling you to build a billion-dollar company. Maybe He's asking you to walk away from one.

Maybe He's calling you onto a stage. Maybe He's asking you to serve faithfully where nobody knows your name. Maybe He's entrusting you with extraordinary wealth. Maybe He's asking you to surrender your obsession with it.

The outcome doesn't get to become God.

That's why spiritual alignment comes first in my coaching. Before asking how to get what you want, I care deeply about whether what you want is aligned with who God is calling you to become.

The Renewed Mind™

The goal isn't more self-help. It's a renewed mind.

Everything I had studied eventually converged around one biblical principle: transformation through the renewing of your mind. That became the foundation of my 5R Method™.

01

Reveal.

Identify the belief, pattern, emotional association or spiritual issue underneath what's happening.

02

Release.

Stop carrying emotional residue, agreements and patterns that no longer belong in your future.

03

Renew.

Replace what isn't true with what is, bringing the mind back into alignment with biblical truth.

04

Realign.

Make new decisions from a renewed identity instead of repeating behaviors created by the old one.

05

Rise.

Walk forward as the person capable of carrying what God is calling you into next.

My coaching philosophy

The goal is for you to stop needing me.

I don't believe great coaching creates dependency. I believe it creates freedom.

I don't want you spending years paying someone to repeatedly manage the same problem. I want to identify the root, work deeply, create the breakthrough, give you tools to recognize your own patterns and help you become increasingly capable of navigating your life without needing someone else to constantly tell you what to think.

That's one reason my work has evolved toward deep transformational intensives rather than unnecessarily stretching the same number of coaching hours across months.

The standard

Your transformation should make you more dependent on God, more discerning and more capable of leading yourself. Not more dependent on your coach.

Who I serve

Ambition and surrender can coexist.

I love working with people building something meaningful. People who aren't satisfied living at half of their capacity.

I don't believe wanting to achieve something significant automatically makes you worldly. And I don't believe following Jesus requires pretending you don't have ambition.

But I do believe ambition needs an authority above it.

The person behind the work

Outside the coaching room.

My faith is the center of my life.

I love studying Scripture deeply, especially where theology, psychology and human behavior intersect. I'm fascinated by the mind. I love conversations that go far beneath surface-level small talk.

I care about excellence. I love building things. And I'll probably never stop asking:

The question I'll always ask

"But what's actually underneath that?"

Your next season may require a new identity

You will never outperform your own self-image.

Maybe everything isn't falling apart. Maybe everything is fine, but you know fine isn't what you're called to. The beliefs that protected you in one season may limit you in the next. Sometimes the breakthrough isn't another strategy. It's removing what's standing between who you've been and who God is calling you to become.
